快速小鼠免疫球蛋白同种型试剂盒是一种5分钟的侧流测定，具有ELISA敏感性，可用于单克隆抗体类别和亚类测定。可接受的样品类型包括杂交瘤培养上清液和纯化的单克隆抗体。不推荐腹水，因为它通常含有多种免疫球蛋白。然而，该试剂盒仍可用于确定腹水液样品中主要同种型的相对分布。
将100μl适当浓度的小鼠抗体溶液加入样品孔中。在5分钟内，将出现测试线（T），显示抗体的同种型。控制线（C）将出现在远端，显示成功运行。该测定 比传统的ELISA方法更快 更方便。
