信使RNA(mRNA)5 '帽状结构能够防止mRNA在细胞质中的降解,促进核糖体增长和蛋白的翻译。Trilink的帽类似物能够实现共转录加帽,这样就省去了加帽酶加帽操作。


CleanCap AG是TriLink公司用于5 '共转录加帽的产品,CleancapAG加帽可以形成Cap 1结构。CleancapAG的加帽效率高达98%。请注意:TriLink建议尽可能使用CleanCap AG,模板应该使用配套的AG启动子。Cleancap AG的加帽效率通常>90%。不像CleanCap AG,使用CleanCap GG(货号cat#N-7133或cat#N-7433)可能导致类似的ARCA转录效率和产量下降的现象。
